Recent Transactions in The Food & Beverage Industry:

bullet$400,000.00 Storage Freezer, for a $75 million/year company producing natural & organic frozen dinners & desserts.      This transaction was part of a major physical expansion, financed by substantial bank borrowing in addition to this lease.     We subsequently completed two additional leases for this customer, over the next 3 years.
bullet$250,000.00 Tea Bagging Machine, for a company located in The Pacific Northwest, producing natural & organic teas, both for their own label and as an OEM.
bullet$125,000.00 Packaging Equipment, for a California company producing a new line of energy bars.     The equipment is located at the company's new manufacturing facility in Michigan.     This transaction was done as an Equipment Finance Agreement.
bullet$35,000.00 Dual Shaft Mixer, for a company producing tofu products.      We completed this transaction with an application only, without financial statements.      This was the second transaction we completed for this company in the past 2 years, totaling over $100,000.00.
bullet$200,000.00 Chocolate Enrobing Machine, for a California confectioner producing chocolate covered cookies, and other products, for a variety of retail outlets.     The equipment was imported from Europe and the vendor paid in Euros.

Recent Transactions in The Personal Care Industry:

bullet$150,000.00 Manufacturing Equipment, for a $10 million/year manufacturer of medicinal herb products located in The Pacific Northwest.     This was a Lease Line of Credit, structured as a Tax Lease, and involved 11 separate fundings, 12 vendors and 3 manufacturing locations.
bullet$350,000.00 Manufacturing Equipment, for a $15 million/year Pacific Northwest manufacturer of raw materials for the herbal supplement industry.      This amount includes several leases over a 3 year period, much of which was part of a major physical expansion involving substantial increases in bank credit.
bullet$55,000.00 Computer Hardware & Software, for a New Jersey manufacturer and distributor of skin care products.     We completed this transaction on an application only.
bullet$115,000.00 Encapsulating Machine, for a manufacturer of nutritional supplements with facilities in both Florida & California.       This was the third lease, collectively totaling over $200,000.00, that we have completed for this customer.      This transaction was completed with a full financial package.     The other two leases, involving smaller amounts, were completed with an application only.
bullet$43,000.00 Encapsulating Machine, for a Colorado manufacturer of nutritional supplements.      We completed this transaction on an application only.

Recent Transaction in Other Industries:

bullet$150,000.00 CNC Router, for a company producing components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.     This equipment was imported from Japan.
bullet$95,000.00 Machining Center, for a company that is a major producer of "rapid prototypes" for the electronics and automotive industries.     This was the fourth transaction we completed for this company, totaling over $300,000.00, in the last 4 years.
bullet$45,000.00 Automatic Sanding Machine, for a company producing toys, both for retail outlets and for sale directly to functional learning centers.      We completed this transaction with an application only.
bullet$20,000.00 Trade Show Booth, for an New York City based internet company with equity investments from several major media companies.      We have completed several transactions for customers of the vendor, over the past three years.
bullet$35,000.00 Computer Hardware & Software, for a retailer of tire products.       The computer system is a special system for tire retailers.     We completed this transaction with an application only.
