About Norden Capital
OUR COMPANY - Norden Capital is an 8 year-old financial services company, engaged in the leasing and financing of capital and business equipment, worldwide.
We believe in establishing continuing relationships with our customers, that extend beyond a single lease transaction and may include other types of financings. Over 50% of Norden Capital's annual lease volume consists of additional transactions for existing customers. Several of our customers have been with Norden Capital since our company's inception. Several of our leases have been part of major physical expansions, where our customers have used other forms of financing, in addition to leasing, to accomplish their objectives. When leasing does not fit our customers' requirements we have occasionally assisted our customers in finding other types of financing, including revolving lines of credit, term loans and equity participations.

OUR PRESIDENT - Bob Homans has been in the equipment leasing industry for over 15 years. Mr. Homans holds an AB Degree from Harvard College and a Master In Business Administration from Stanford University. Mr. Homans spent several years overseas, working with Public and Private Sector agencies in the financing and development of various infrastructure projects. Mr. Homans has traveled extensively in East & South Asia, as well as The Middle East.
